Pay Application Fee $75.00 USD
Application fees are to be submitted on or before 11:59:59 pm (CST) January 1st of the year prior to examination. Do not pay application fees if you have not received a welcome letter from the credentialing chairperson.
Pay Examination Fee $100.00 USD
Examination fees are due prior to the examination date (to be set annually by the Board of Directors). Do not pay examination fees if you have not received a eligibility letter from the examination chairperson to sit for the exam.
Renew Membership Dues $45.00 USD
VTS (Physical Rehabilitation) member dues must be received no later than December 31 of each calendar year. New member fees are due the first calendar year after passing the examination.
